I learned the art of distillery through various courses.
The array of products range from Fruit, Apple, Pear, Cherry, Plum, William Pear and Apricot to rarities like Quince, Rowan Berry, Black Thorn and Medlar.
The special distillates Masterwort, Rasberry, Nut and Apple Brandy which are ripened in a wooden barrel round out our assortment.
More than 60 awarded distillates and liqueurs in national and international competitions as well as the being winner of the Tyrolean Provincial competition in 2004 confirm the quality of my work.
All of our noble brandies and liqueurs can be tasted at our farm.
Our Schnaps products are available for purchase at our farm or at the Zillertaler Farmers Market in Hippach.
